    This is the best gluten free bakery in all of Canada. Every thing tastes great and is 100% safe as everything made in the bakery is gluten free. You can sit in and have lunch or take a meal home as they have homemade frozen dinners. The carrot cake is so good.

    Everything is 100% gluten free, delicious products, wide range of baked goods, chocolates, ready to go meals and products available. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    The baked good are fantastic, but they don't have a lot on display in store.

    I picked up their 5seed bread from Lady York grocery store. It's the best gluten-free bead Ive ever had! Tastes as good or better than most wheat flour bread. Very natural ingredients. No refined white sugar or cane sugar. Sweetened with honey only! Plus it was not frozen. It sat on the regular bread shelf and is wonderfully fresh. Looking forward to trying their other offerings.

    The quality of the pastries there are better than those at Four Seasons Hotel. We drove all the way from Toronto because of this bakery.
