    I do have a place here and really do enjoy having my camp fires.It doesn't have a lake but it does have a pond and swimming pool.Please note that I do not recommend this park for everybody.There are pros and cons, I do recommend that you do your home work before investing money into a lot with a camper, you can also buy an empty lot and put you own camper on it .What I like about this place, it's not like any other camping site.You do get a sense of ownership it is on a 100 year leasing I believe it started on 1985 the yearly maintenance fees are reasonable it's about $100.00 per month water and sewer line included ,there is hydro, internet at a cost. If you need more information the best thing you can do find someone at the park that is willing to spend a little time with you and give you a much better Idea.

    Close-knit campground community with a board that cares. Upkeep is maintained and even the park is constantly looking to improve and listen to the wishes of its tenants.
